AFCEA Belvoir April 2025 Luncheon

Mr. Matt Gohil serves as the Chief Information Officer/Chief Digital Transformation Officer, Program Executive Office Soldier. As the Chief Information Officer he manages multiple teams comprised of the Enterprise PEO Cloud, BI Visualization, NETOPS, Cyber Security, Software Governance, and Data Management. Lead all efforts executing the Command's Data Framework and Software Architecture vision, Cloud Architecture Strategy, Network Operations and MS 365 adoption and Cyber Security work streams for all 24 systems and 435 products across the portfolio. Serves as the PEO Soldier's Command CIO/CDTO in leadership forums while implementing the Army's Digital Transformation Strategy, Army Cloud Strategy, Army Data Plan, and AI framework in furthering PEO Soldier’s mission.
