It carries no polarity, no push or pull...only balance.
AETHER= is a 90-minute candlelight yin yoga immersion that invites you to return to equilibrium through the sacred art of receiving.
This is a space to soften the edges, slow the breath, + reconnect body + spirit through stillness.
Guided through yin yoga, reiki, aromatherapy + sound healing, you’ll be held in deep restoration as your nervous system unwinds + energy settles back into flow.
This is not effort. It’s restoration.
It’s the balance point between doing + being.
What to Expect
