Prepare your goggles and wind your pocket watches — Aetherfest 2025 is here! Hosted within the workshop walls of Steam Factory, this one-of-a-kind gathering brings together makers, dreamers, and costumed adventurers for a celebration of all things steampunk, cosplay, and creation.

From live 3D printing demos and a curated library of printable gear, to our Maker’s Bazaar, costume spotlights, raffles, and behind-the-scenes tours — Aetherfest is your chance to step into a world where imagination takes form.

Come to build. Come to explore. Come to become someone entirely new.

🎟️ Admission: $5 (Gear Credit Included!)

Entry to Aetherfest is just $5, and that fee doubles as a credit toward any 3D-printed cosplay gear purchase over $25. Whether you're after custom goggles, brass hinges, or mechanical adornments — your ticket pays for itself.

⚙️ The Maker's Bazaar: Explore a bustling steampunk marketplace featuring local creators, inventors, and artisans. We’ll have four vendor tables available—if you’d like to sell your wares, contact us to reserve a spot (tables are limited).

🧵 Cosplay & Craft: Powered by SteamHosted right in the heart of Steam Factory’s 3D-printing facility, this is your chance to bring cosplay dreams to life. Use our printers, get help with modeling, or select from our ready-to-print library of steampunk parts — just choose, print, and wear!

🧪 Live Demos & Steam Tech Showcases: Get up close and personal with live 3D printing, scanning, and fabrication demos. Watch as digital files transform into tangible costume pieces—and learn how it's done.

🎟️ Raffle of Wonders: Each ticket enters you into a raffle packed with steampunk gear, custom-printed artifacts, Steam Factory gift credits, and mechanical curiosities. Winners announced live — must be present to win.

🏭 Behind-the-Gears Tour: Step inside the Steam Factory and see where the magic happens. Guided tours will showcase our printers, scanners, vacuum formers, and maker mindset in action.

🎩 Come As You Are (or Who You’ve Created!): Costumes are optional—but encouraged! Whether you're a leather-clad airship captain or a time-traveling tinker, show off your look at our photo stations and surprise costume spotlights.
