You’ve seen the aerials and tricks in Hellzapoppin and all kinds of YouTube clips. Now it’s your turn to have a go…
JiveSwing have put together a series of fun progressive workshops in Aerials and Acrobatic Air Steps, that can be used in Lindy Hop, Jive or other related dances.
No prior experience required for Level I, which will give you solid grounding, build your confidence and work on the appropriate technique to allow for more advanced aerials whilst completing them safely and effectively. If you have done level I with us previously, this workshop will focus on some similar but also some new aerials at the same level.
By the end of the workshop, dancers will be able to execute some classic level I aerials that can be used right away.
Places are strictly limited, on a first-come, first-served basis, to allow a safe working environment and enough personal help/feedback. You’ll also need to book with a partner, someone you’re comfortable with, as we won’t rotate in this particular workshop.
NB: The selection of aerial moves may change on each aerial I workshop, but will always be at the same level.
We will be running Aerials II on Saturday, 8th March (Hatfield)
COST:
Aerials Workshop I = £34.99pp before 30th November, then £39.99pp.
Aerials I & II = £64.99pp before 30th November, then £74.99pp.
Aerials I & II & III = £84.99pp before 30th November, then £99.99pp.
NB: Bookings must be made in advance. You must book with a partner for aerials, as we won’t rotate throughout the workshop. If you and your partner book separately, please email to confirm the name of your partner straight after you’ve booked.
