About this Event
Explore a complete aerial yoga experience designed to leave you feeling strong, open and energised. This uplifting workshop blends grounded flows with playful poses, supporting your body as you build strength, flexibility and confidence.
We’ll work through the whole body, gently challenging muscles and balance while keeping you close to the ground. You’ll learn how the hammock can both support and deepen your practice, helping you explore new shapes and movements with ease.
Whether you’re new to aerial yoga or looking to grow your skills, this is a safe, supportive space to move, laugh and enjoy the feeling of being weightless. Leave with a stronger body, a calmer mind and a big smile.
