Aerial Yoga offers a unique opportunity to explore your yoga practice with the support and freedom of the hammock. The hammock gently cradles your body, reducing strain on your joints, improving balance, and allowing you to safely experience spinal decompression through inversions.Your journey begins with a gentle warm-up to enhance joint mobility, followed by mindful core activation to build strength and stability. From there, you’ll move through fluid aerial yoga sequences designed to help you lengthen, tone, and condition your body, improving flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how to engage and recruit the right muscles to support your practice, both on and off the mat.
Class concludes with a deeply relaxing cocooned meditation, complete with aromatherapy and soothing sound healing. Suspended in the fabric, you’ll feel as though you’re receiving a prolonged, nurturing hug, the perfect way to integrate the energy and lightness cultivated throughout your aerial practice.
