We are very excited to have Freya as one of our NEW teachers at the studio. However, while Freya is new to our teaching team, she’s certainly not new to the world of Aerial or our studio! If you have ever done aerial, trapeze, Acro, hoop, silks, I’m sure you will have met Freya along the way. Freya is like family here and has been practicing with us since the beginning, as well as completing her Yoga Teacher Training here. You will love her skilled, gentle teachings, we are delighted for us and for you!! book in and come out to play!We advise if you have never done Aerial Yoga before, that you jump into one of our Saturday Workshops for beginners, first. Classes can move at a quicker pace and while beginners quite often surprise themselves and are able, it will offer you more confidence on your first class.
