What to expect:
Warm-up: Gentle stretches and movements to prepare your body for flight.
Sun salutations: Flow through a series of sun salutations adapted for the aerial hammock, building heat and connecting breath to movement.
Strength & flow: Target your shoulders, chest, back, and core with dynamic postures designed to tone and sculpt your physique.
Flexibility exploration: Deepen your stretches and hip openers using the hammock's support to reach new levels of flexibility.
Inversion playground: Safely explore the world upside down with playful inversions like supported headstands, shoulder stands, and even handstands for the more adventurous yogis.
