Whether you're seeking to decompress from daily stressors or enhance your flexibility, this class offers a serene and rejuvenating experience that nurtures both body and mind.

Prerequisites:
NO prior Yoga or Aerial Yoga experience necessary
Participants should be comfortable with gentle movement and able to support their weight in the aerial hammock.
Attire:
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for freedom of movement.
Avoid loose or baggy clothing that may get tangled in the hammock.
Equipment:
Aerial hammocks will be provided.
Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mats for additional support.

Marjorie Wekwert, a certified yoga instructor with expertise in aerial yoga and a passion for guiding students towards holistic well-being.
