While Freya is new to our teaching crew, she’s certainly not new to the world of Aerial or our studio! If you have ever done aerial, trapeze, Acro, hoop, silks, I’m sure you will have met Freya along the way. Freya is like family here and has been practicing with us since the beginning, as well as completing her Yoga Teacher Training here. You will love her skilled, gentle teachings…book in and come out to play!
