Please Note: The Yoga Om Aerial Yoga ® Teacher Training program is available to students who have not previously completed yoga teacher training. You do not have to be a yoga instructor to attend this course. We highly recommend that you take several Aerial Yoga classes, or have some prior experience with the aerial yoga hammock before attending the course.

This Teacher Training provides far more than a groundwork to teach Aerial Yoga. As a result of this course, you will be ready to teach fun, safe, and original aerial Yoga classes to diverse populations. This course will make you a better Yoga teacher. You’ll discover fine distinctions in your regular practice that would take years of intensive study to realize in yourself.
