Join us for our comprehensive Aerial Yoga Teacher Training certification program! Designed for both aspiring instructors and seasoned yogis looking to elevate their practice, this immersive training experience offers a rich platform filled with knowledge, practical skills, and hands-on guidance, ensuring you emerge as a confident and safe aerial yoga instructor.
Safety is crucial in Aerial Yoga, and our curriculum places a strong emphasis on Aerial Safety and Benefits. You'll learn proper rigging, equipment usage, and body alignment to ensure a safe and supportive environment for yourself and your students. Understanding the holistic benefits of Aerial Yoga, from improved flexibility and strength to heightened mindfulness and stress relief, will also empower you to share this practice with authenticity and confidence.
Because our primary focus in our training program is safety, you'll learn effective communication strategies, class management techniques, and the art of adapting instruction to suit diverse student needs. Through interactive instruction and guided practices, you'll refine your teaching skills, fostering a nurturing and inclusive space for exploration and growth.
Practice Teaching lies at the heart of our training, providing you with ample opportunities to apply your knowledge and skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. Under the guidance of lead trainer, Brittani, you'll lead practice sessions, receive constructive feedback, and refine your teaching approach, laying the groundwork for a successful future as an aerial yoga instructor.
