Come to aerial yoga class with your child or mentee and do a class together in this special aerial class for kids and their adult! This is a fun class for kids and their parent or mentor to learn how to use aerial hammocks for mindful movement. Kids must be age 6 or older.This class incorporates basic aerial poses that help build strength and focus as we relax and play in the silk hammocks. There is always a lot of laughter in aerial classes and playful exploration is encouraged! Every pose is 'challenge by choice' and participants can decide what feels best for them.
This class requires a regular class pass per participant. Members are free. Come as you are. All are welcome.
