Embrace the feeling of weightlessness while being suspended in air, and use this wonderful feeling to bring the body, breath and mind into the deeply relaxing nature of Yoga Nidra. Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While the practitioner rests comfortably suspended in the silk, this systematic meditation brings one into a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world.
This workshop will incorporate CBD products from our partner Native Ceuticals to enhance your relaxing experience. Participants will have the options of a Relaxation CBD Tincture: a CBD concentrated liquid you put under your tongue, effects take about 30 minutes.
Topical creams for people to use if they did not want to ingest something. CBD portion optional to all participants.
