This specialty and unique style of yoga uses a hammock to strengthen, support and suspend your body. Open up energy lines and loosen fascia and connective tissue, while having FUN! The hammock is used as a tool to rock and soothe sore and tight muscles and minds. Expect to release tension on your bones and muscles, increasing flexibility and strength. This is an introduction to Aerial Yoga and suitable for all levels. Learn how to use the hammock as a prop, explore various basic inversions, and a sample of restorative aerial yoga experience. Class size is intentionally small allowing for personalized attention.
