This workshop is catered towards those who want to explore the flying postures in the fabric. Christine will safely guide you into more acrobatic postures, adding a flip here and there. There will be enough space and time to move step by step, ask all questions needed, take breaks and pictures!Elements of Flight requires experience with practicing Aerial Yoga. You want to be fully comfortable with inversions and with having all of your body weight suspended in the fabric. Please inquire if you have a question about this Workshop being right for you.

*** Please note that this workshop has a 48-hour cancellation policy because of an active waitlist of Aerial-yogis and limited places in class. That means that cancellations that occur after Thursday, 20. June at 14:00 may be subject to paying the full workshop fee (minimum 30 CHF). Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations should happen directly with YOGABLOOM.

Meet Christine Furler
Christine has been practicing and teaching yoga in various forms for more than 15 years. She has completed numerous trainings from all around the globe (700+ Hours) to complement this passion. Aerial Yoga has become her focus. She has created a signature style of this unique way of movement that has been inspired by her talented teachers. Her teaching style is dedicated and sound, sparkled with grace, charm and some serious fun.
