Yoga is an ancient practice that promotes physical, mental, and spiritual well-being by using physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to still the mind. Aerial yoga uses aerial silks to support the body into yoga asanas.
You will enjoy the playful freedom of movement and many benefits of attending this Aerial Decompress. This is suitable for all types of experience and has been carefully curated to provide decompression for your spine. Space is limited to 6 students. This boutique-style small group setting allows everyone to receive personal attention, guidance, and support from Charee. ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Charee Janelle is an Aerial Yoga Teacher, E-RYT Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, YACEP Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, Love Your Brain Certified Yoga Teacher, and a Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and Trauma Informed Yoga & Meditation Addiction Recovery Teacher. You will feel seen, heard, nourished, and supported with love by her. Charee is dedicated to serving, empowering, and guiding her students!
CLASS PREPRATION
Please do not eat anything heavy 90 minutes prior to the start of class. Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing without zippers or buttons (no tank tops, shorts or perfumes). People with untreated high or low blood pressure, glaucoma, recent surgery, please communicate with your teacher so she can modify your experience. The doors open 5 minutes before the class. There is no need to arrive any earlier.
FEE
$25 is due at the time of registration and all major credit/debit cards are accepted.
