Ready to take your aerial practice to the next level? 💫
Join Homby for a fun and empowering 2-hour Aerial Tricks Workshop designed to help you build confidence, strength and flow in the silk hammocks. Whether you’re new to aerial or looking to refine your technique, this workshop will guide you through creative transitions, inversions and playful sequences, all in a safe and supportive space.
Expect plenty of laughter, movement and the freedom to explore your unique expression through the silks. You’ll learn how to move with control and grace, discovering the balance between power and ease that aerial practice brings.
Please note:
• Participants should be comfortable coming into inversion positions.
• Individuals with a history of cardiac issues or current heart-related conditions should seek medical advice before attending.

About Your Instructor – Homby
Homby has been teaching yoga since 2021, with a background in strength and fitness training dating back to 2007. As a Fitness Officer for the Fire Service, he brings a wealth of knowledge in functional movement, mobility and body awareness.
Following his own journey of transformation, yoga became a source of both spiritual and physical grounding. His passion now lies in sharing that energy through Vinyasa, Hatha, Animal Flow, aerial yoga and other dynamic movement practices.
When he’s not teaching, you’ll find him running, hiking, creating art, riding motorbikes or spending quality time with his daughter. Above all, his mission is simple: to spread positive energy, wellness and joy through movement.
Come join him in the hammock for a session that’s equal parts uplifting, challenging and deeply fun.
