Aerial Yoga Teacher Training is back!Become an aerial yoga teacher or elevate your own practice as you learn decompression with 2 point hammocks. Learn hammock care, safety, postures & sequencing with a yoga perspective including breathing effectively. Open to yoga teachers and others!
Yoga teacher certification is not required for this training. PTs, Fitness Professionals, Therapists, Dancers and individuals learning to self guide are all welcome!
Previous aerial experience and familiarity with inversions is required. ***Please attend at least four aerial sessions prior to training and document the dates, teacher and location.
RYTs, receive Continuing Education credits for Yoga Alliance
Our previous graduates are teaching here at Leaping Waters, in mid coast and western Maine studios, at LL Bean where they began a program for employees, at gyms and fitness facilities, and in other states
Leaping Waters will jumpstart your aerial teaching practice this winter. We'll make sure you're well prepared to teach Aerial Decompression with a two point hammock.
Assisting & teaching community classes with personal coaching, observation and feedback follows this 2 day training. Schedule your practicum individually or with a teaching partner after training dates.
Saturday & Sunday Sept 28th & 29th 11:00-6:00 & 11:00-5:30 pm
