This is a great way to kick off the practice before joining our weekly straps class with Ryan. Weekly classes run every Wednesday evening for those inspired to continue after the workshop.

Ryan, circus artist, has been coaching and performing professionally for over 10 years and has been on the Ottawa Circus School for 1 year, teaching weekly trapeze and aerial straps classes.

Prerequisites for the workshop:
Be able to hang on straps or a bar.
Be able to invert from the ground
Be able to invert in the air with help.
Workshop length: 1.5 hours
