Join us for a transcendental journey as we invite you to experience the ethereal serenity of an Aerial Sound Bath with Forest Floor Sound Healing.
Sink into a state of weightlessness as you recline, cocooned in comfort and suspended from the ground. Allow yourself to be enveloped in the gentle vibrations and frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes and handpan, blended with a collection of carefully chosen instruments, as the sounds wash over you, melting away tension and stress. Free Spirit Yoga is located at 13354 237a St, Maple Ridge BC V4R 2V9
The studio is at the back of the house. Please enter through the gate at the right hand side of the house.
The studio has blankets and bolsters for your use.
We will have eye coverings for your use as well.
We encourage you to bring your own small pillow for your head. Typically attendees lay in the aerials for the duration of the sound bath, but you are more than welcome to sit in the aerial, on the floor or against the wall for support. Whatever is most comfortable for you!
Feel free to bring a yoga mat if you feel you may end up on the floor.
Please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle if you wish!
