Join us for our monthly Aerial Sound Bath, in partnership with Good Moodra Yoga, where you’ll have the chance to enjoy your sound bath experience completely suspended in the air.
Enjoy the comfort of relaxing in your own trapeze hammock provided by Good Moodra Yoga while being serenaded and soothed by the sacred sounds of Kyle Lam’s sound bath.
Let your body fall into ease and tranquility
Let your mind be washed away of worries or troubles
Let your heart be invigorated by new inspirations
Allow yourself to receive the self love you deserve
Through sound baths, we work with the foundations of music using notes, harmonics, frequency, and vibration to create a powerful meditative journey that helps bring greater clarity and awareness to our minds and hearts. Alongside this benefit is a chance to get in touch with our emotional bodies, the relationship we have with them, and how we can better understand the messages behind them.
Once we’ve processed and integrated the overall experience, we can then begin to make more conscious decisions that benefit our overall well-being.
We are limiting this event to 16 individuals for each time slot.
$75 Hammock Spot | $140 For Two Hammock | $55 Floor Spots
Please to bring the following for the sound bath:
- Blanket
- Pillow
- Eye Covering (this helps to maximize the meditation experience)
- Water
- Wear comfortable and loose clothing
We will have a resident tarot reader offering tarot readings for this event as well. Feel free to arrive early to receive a reading or receive one after the sound bath concludes.
