Aerial Sound Bath - 8th February

Join us for a soothing sound bath practice designed to rest and relax your mind, body and soul.
Upon arriving you’ll cozy up into a comfortable resting shape of choice and immerse yourself into a blissful state of deep awareness and restoration. We’ll focus on the release of physical tension and surrender into stillness as you are guided through an intentional meditation to help you land in a deep meditative state, followed by a harmonic sound bath.
The sound bath will help you relax and recalibrate the body, calm the mind, clear the subconscious and activate your body’s natural healing system through the harmonic sound of instruments such as: crystal singing bowls, chimes, tibetian bowls and frame/medicine drums. Leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and re-aligned with your higher self.

* An opening introduction and time to settle into your hammack.

* A gentle guided breathwork/meditation

*A beautiful sound emmersion while suspendend from your own hammock.

* Reflection time

Please bring the following to class to make you as comfortable as possible.

Yoga Mat

Blanket/Socks

Please wear warm comfotable clothing with no zips/Buttons (that may scratch the fabric)

Water Bottle

Journal/Pen

If you require a yoga mat instead of a hammock, please let me know prior.
