Join Kristina Zion and Tamara Leeper for a fun-filled aerial workshop to help you tap into your inner child! When we think of play, we often only think of children playing. As a result, it’s easy to forget that play is essential for the overall well-being of adults also. Play has countless benefits including stress relief, improved cognition, enhanced creativity and improved connection with yourself and with others. Play provides a sense of balance that we so desperately need in our busy day to day lives. This workshop will include psychoeducation on the benefits of play for adults, an inner child guided meditation and activity, and a playful aerial flow followed by a relaxing savasana. We can’t wait to play with you all!
