AERIAL PILATESTAKE YOUR PILATES TO THE NEXT LEVEL
AERIAL PILATES is an anti-gravity class which uses both the ground and the support of a suspended material sling with suspension handsets to transform traditional & modern pilates into a multi dimensional experience.
AERIAL PILATES is a fun and effective way to enhance your pilates practice.
Focusing on correct alignment, working the core, building strength, flexibility, balance and stamina.
Each class combines Floor & Aerial Pilates Poses, Barre Pilates Sets, Suspension Handset Training & Breath Work. The classes cool down with Inverted Stretches to decompress the spine and body followed by a Floating Final Relaxation in the sling for a unique anti gravity class.
The Aerial Sling can help decompress the spine and builds strength in the back and supporting muscles which can help with anyone suffering from pain or discomfort of the spine.
Just like Mat Pilates, Aerial Pilates can be restorative to our bodies as well as strengthening and flexing. Each week we work the body in this unique fusion of body, breath and mind.
I have been teaching Aerial for nine years now and I am a 200hr Aerial & Mat Pilates qualified teacher. I also hold over 500 hrs of qualifications in aerial yoga, yoga, barre, restorative, breath work & yin. You are in very safe hands.
This session gives you the chance to try a class before signing up for a full term
