This is the perfect class to start your aerial arts journey. This will be a slow paced, bare basics beginner level class.
Modifications and alternatives will be given so that you gain skills and confidence at YOUR pace. There is no aerial, yoga, or any sports background necessary. The class size will be limited to six participants.

We will use hammock silks to help us stretch and strengthen, flex and flow, in this aerial yoga workshop. Learn mobility exercises, deep stretches, and moves that will help you build strength and endurance.
Please do not wear any jewelry, metal, hair clips, or zippers. Suitable for adults and ages 13 and up.
POLICY:
Two hour notice is required if you are unable to attend and would like to request a credit on your account. No refunds are allowed. You must message Nikki 850–463–2758 for aerial event questions, cancellations, or reschedules.
There is a two person minimum attendance policy for Nikki’s aerial events. Credits will be given if the minimum attendance is not met 2 hours prior to event.
Aerial Events have a pricing option of One session for $25 (30 day expiration date), Four sessions for $70 (35 day expiration date), and Eight sessions for $120 (70 day expiration date). These sessions can be applied to any of Nikki’s aerial events except for Spooky Listening Events, as these are priced less than other events.
