Explore the playful and supportive nature of aerial yoga in this 6-week foundational series. We will integrate the use of the aerial hammock in traditional yoga poses, starting on the ground and working our way into the air. Each week, you will both practice familiar movements and learn new aerial postures. The series is designed to help you develop confidence working with the hammock while developing balance, strength, and flexibility. Come prepared to play, learn, and relax.Previous aerial experience is not required. Prior yoga experience is beneficial, but not required. All levels welcome!
