In this unique session, guests are gently suspended in aerial yoga slings while enveloped in soothing tones from gongs, crystal bowls, and other resonant instruments. The combination of weightless suspension and immersive sound allows your body to release tension deeply, your mind to quiet, and your nervous system to fully reset.
Please note this is a sound bath only session.
Feel a profound sense of lightness, as if your worries are lifted with every vibration. This is not just a sound bath — it’s a total body and mind elevation, creating space for balance, clarity, and inner calm.
The session will be supervised by Gravity Yoga UK instructor to ensure safety.
