Aerial Flips & Tricks Workshop

Take your aerial practice to the next level and join Randii in this 60min Aerial Flips and Tricks Workshop. This workshop is BEGINNER FRIENDLY and guaranteed to be challenging and fun. We will start with a guided warm up and move into more beautiful poses in the aerial hammock. It will be full of fun transitions and exciting flips and tricks demonstrated with safety in mind. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions, breakdown movements, learn something new and most importantly having a blast doing it.

There is a 300lb weight limit on all hammocks!
