Get ready to play, flow, and slay in our Aerial Chains Doubles Jam + Workshop! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned queen of the air, this class is for you. We’ll guide you through brand-new doubles flows and progressions, with modifications so you can move at your own pace.

No partner? No problem — we’ll pair you up or you can come solo and still get the full experience. Layers for protection are recommended, and feel free to bring something cute for a sexy reel or photo opp.

At the end of class, we’ll open up playtime and exploration, and for the brave, we’ll teach a wrap trick to level up your chain game.
