Join our Aerial Cartwheel Mini-Camp! This is a week-long event that runs from Monday to Friday, with sessions taking place from 2pm to 4pm each day. Our coaches will teach you the basics of the aerial cartwheel, focusing on strengthening your core and lower body. We'll help you build your confidence, especially as you transition from a regular cartwheel to an aerial one.By the end of the week, you'll have learned a new skill and boosted your confidence. This camp is perfect for gymnasts, dancers, or anyone wanting a fun, challenging fitness activity. Join us and see the world from a different perspective!
This camp is for ages 7 and up who can confidently and proficiently perform a basic cartwheel with their feet traveling over their head, as the aerial cartwheel builds on this fundamental skill. Additionally, having a strong core and lower body will be beneficial for learning the aerial cartwheel.
Meet the Instructor: Molly Courtney
Molly Courtney is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the world of gymnastics, cheerleading, acrobatics, and fitness training. With 10 years as a competitive gymnast, an NCAA cheerleader, and performing as a professional acrobat, Molly brings a unique blend of skills to her teaching. She holds a BS degree in Exercise Science and is a certified Personal Trainer, EXOS Performance Specialist, and Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. With 25 years of coaching experience and the owner of The Movement Park, Molly is dedicated to helping individuals improve their strength, balance, and agility in fun and unique ways.
