Open gym time will allow your participants to practice skills on their own. Although a coach will be on site, this is not a coach guided class. Coaches will monitor safety and assist where needed.

Cancellation must be received before noon the Thursday prior.

Please bring water. Attire: A leotard or tight fitting top and leggings.
