About this Event

Our keynote speaker, Alexandra Bailey, is a staff member of The Sentencing Project, a national criminal justice reform organization. Panels will address:

1. The process of mass incarceration expansion in the US and in Iowa.

2. The impact of mass incarceration on important population groups: people of color, women, juveniles. etc.

3. Current issues and the need for advocacy

4. Current services to reduce mass incarceration
