Join our Schenectady County Food Council and graduates from the Schenectady County Community Advocates Program for an evening of learning, networking, and building solidarity around strengthening the systems we need in New York State to address our food affordability crisis. We'll discuss our key advocacy priorities for this year's state legislative cycle: 1) Fully funding Hunger Prevention and Nutrition Assistance Program (HPNAP) and Nourish NY and
2) Raising the SNAP Minimum Benefit (formerly known as food stamps) and highlighting upcoming opportunities to engage on these issues.
