Join us for the second ride in our adventure series—a one-day bikepacking-style loop that takes us through the Katy Trail, Busch Wildlife, back roads, and the scenic climbs of Babler State Park.
This ride isn’t about speed. It’s about practicing how to pack your bike for a day of adventure, carrying what you need, and soaking in the ride with new friends. Along the way, we’ll stop for a lunch break in Babler—roughly three-quarters through the ride. Bring something pre-made, or if you’re feeling bold, bring a small camp stove and cook up something trailside!
What to bring:
We'll be posting a pre-ride gear list on Eventbrite soon and reaching out to everyone who signs up so you’ll know exactly what to expect. For now, think about:
✔️ Bike bags or a setup to carry your lunch + gear
✔️ Helmet (required!)
✔️ Lights (always a good idea)
✔️ Plenty of water
✔️ A good attitude and an appetite for fun
This is the perfect ride for testing out your gear setup, meeting other riders, and just enjoying the ride—without the pressure of pace.
