Here's a kettlebell complex I use (and will be including in workshop) to warm-up before my strength session. Im using a 20kg bell here, but there will be lots of options on regression and progression of each exercise in the program. The focus of this complex is shoulder stability.
Reminder the workshop is Saturday 14th here in Midleton, but I'll have a live feed here too.
