Pulling weeds spans millennia, from 8000 BCE to today. It is an old and true method of maintaining a yard and protecting wanted plants. Bring the kids and we will help teach them the benefits of hand pulling and show them how they can help protect Florida wildlife in their backyard. Total walking distance will be approximately 1/4 - 1/2 mile.

Sign Language Interpreters will be provided.

Please bring your water, appropriate clothing (hat, hiking shoes/boots, long-sleeved shirts and pants for bugs) and bug spray. This site does NOT have restroom facilities, but are nearby within Dyer Park.
