Join ERM staff on a leisurely 2 mile hike through the meadows and different habitats at Cypress Creek (North) Natural Area to see how nature creates landscapes that we can bring back to our yards and communities. Explore the roles that native plants play in an ecosystem and while learning how to identify them in the various plant communities. Wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting a little dirty are recommended.
Closest public restrooms are located at Riverbend Park.
NOTE: Meeting location is at Cypress Creek (North) Natural Area ,10035 W. Indiantown Road, Jupiter, FL 33478, on the north side of Indiantown Rd, just past the traffic light at Jupiter Farms Rd & Indiantown Rd.
WHAT TO BRING:
Water bottle
Hat and sunscreen
Insect repellent
Appropriate clothing (hat, hiking shoes/boots, long-sleeved shirts and pants for bugs)
Please no pets or unsupervised children
