Our mid week breaks are designed to help you unwind, reconnect and embrace wellness in a fun, approachable way. Set in the stunning landscapes of North Wales, our retreats offer the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure, all the while being surrounded by the beauty of nature.
Whether you're looking to try something new, or simply take some time for yourself, this is the ideal way to explore wellness in a beginner-friendly and supportive environment.

· 1 night in a choice of accommodation; Shepherd's hut, Glamping Tent or Tipi

Erw Glas is an award-winning, family-run site offering stunning mountain views. Featuring cosy and unique accommodations, including glamping pods with wood-fired hot tubs and fully furnished tents perfect for stargazing.

ITINERARY
Day 1:
Arrival (9-10am): Begin your day with a warm welcome. Check in, drop your bags and prepare for the day ahead.
Revitalising Yoga: The day begins with a beginner friendly, refreshing yoga session to help you stretch, unwind, and prepare for the adventure ahead.
Picnic & Free Time: Following the session, you'll receive a picnic hamper filled with delicious locally sourced treats to enjoy at your leisure - whether relaxing at your accommodation or finding the perfect picnic spot in nature.
Activity: In the afternoon, get ready for an unforgettable gorge walking experience, as described above.
Evening meal & fire pit: Enjoy a delicious meal and cosy gathering around the fire pit under festoon lights and a starry sky.
Sound bath: As the evening draws to a close, you'll be guided through a deeply relaxing sound bath session.
Day 2:
Morning wellness: Start the day with a hearty breakfast hamper featuring fresh locally sourced produce.
Morning stretch: Start your final morning with a revitalising yoga session designed to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to take on the week ahead.
Important bits to note:
A £75 deposit is required to secure your place. After you've paid your deposit, complete the boking form, letting us know what accommodation type you require and we'll send an invoice for the remaining balance, that will be due 6 weeks prior your departure date.
All travellers must complete our booking form, and confirm you have read and understood the booking conditions.
