Join us for a creative and contemplative start to the Advent season as we explore the daily AdventWord prompts through the making of zines—small, handmade booklets that blend images, words, prayers, and personal reflections.A zine (pronounced zeen) is a simple, folded booklet often used for journaling, sketching, or collecting meaningful thoughts. In this workshop, zines become a meditation tool, offering space to pause each day of Advent, reflect on the word of the day, and respond with pictures, phrases, or prayers.
Guided by Linda Privitera, participants will:
Learn how to create their own Advent zine
Reflect on the AdventWord list
Respond creatively with art, images, and written thoughts
Leave with a simple, meaningful practice to deepen your Advent journey.
No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to enter Advent with openness, curiosity, and creativity. The workshop is free. Please register using the link in tickets.
