Who: Everyone/everybody is welcome to attend this all-levels slow flow yoga class.What: An hour long slow flow class that will incorporate scripture, song, and taking pause to celebrate Christmas.
When: Sunday December 1, 15, and 22 @ 4 pm and December 8 @ 1 pm.
