Please join us for a traditional service celebrating the beauty of the Advent season. On Sunday, December 7 at 4 pm, the Canterbury Choir will share the beauty of the music of the season including, ‘I look from afar’ by Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, ‘Creator of the stars of night’ by Malcolm Archer, ‘Adam lay ybounden’ by Frank Boles, ‘How beautiful upon the mountains’ by John Stainer, ‘Ecce nunc tempus’ by Francisco Guerrero, ‘O thou the central orb’ by Charles Wood, ‘People look east’ by Bruce Neswick, ‘Ave mundi gloria’ by Jean Langlais, and ‘A tender shoot’ by Kerensa Briggs.A reception will follow the service.
Childcare is provided. Older children who are able to are encouraged to worship with us.
