300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
For those seeking to deepen their knowledge and refine their teaching skills, our 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training offers an immersive and enriching experience. Building upon the foundation laid in the 200-hour program, this advanced training delves deeper into specialized areas of study, allowing you to expand your expertise and offerings as a yoga teacher.
Our 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training course is meticulously designed for yoga instructors who are ready to deepen their practice and elevate their teaching skills. This comprehensive program delves into specialized areas such as Restorative Yoga, which focuses on gentle, therapeutic postures to enhance relaxation and healing, and Yin Yoga, which targets the body's deep connective tissues to increase flexibility and mindfulness. Participants will also explore Yoga Nidra, a powerful guided meditation technique that promotes profound rest and rejuvenation.
Beyond these specific styles, the course includes an in-depth study of the subtle bodies, allowing teachers to understand and work with the energetic aspects of yoga, including the chakras and the prana vayus. Our advanced anatomy modules cover the musculoskeletal system in greater detail, providing insights into injury prevention and tailored modifications for various body types. The curriculum also emphasizes advanced cueing and sequencing, enabling teachers to craft classes that are both safe and inspiring.
Additionally, we offer specialized training in Prenatal Yoga, equipping teachers with the knowledge to support pregnant students through all stages of pregnancy with safe and effective practices. A significant component of the training involves real class teaching experience, where participants will have the opportunity to lead classes under the supervision of experienced mentors. This practical experience is invaluable, helping teachers refine their skills and gain confidence in a supportive environment.

Our program runs every other Friday & Monday during the day plus additional hands on training during studio classes for real class experience. Early Bird Pricing of $3,349+hst available until July 15th when paid in full.
