2:30PM - 4:00PM Pitching
What to bring:
Glove
Bat
Cleats and tennis shoes (for turf)
Snacks
Water bottle
Appropriate clothing depending on weather
Catcher's gear (if applicable)
What we will do:
Focus on advanced offensive and defensive individual skill development in the sport of fastpitch softball. Hitting, slapping, infield, outfield, catching, pitching.
