COACH: DeeThis is a 1.5 hour Advanced group workshop in Grind variations.
In this workshop we will explore:
• Stalls in all these variations (with revert and continuation rotational exits):
Mizou
Soul
• Grinds in these variations:
5050
Mizou
AO Mizou
Soul
AO Soul
SKILL PRE-REQUISITES:
You must be able to drop in and backside stall and slide and have some familiarity with 5050 stalls.
Should also be able to 180 out of stalls and 180 in fakie when necessary.
Gear:
Grind Trucks are recommended (you can learn grinds on narrow trucks but they are really hard and precise, but you can!!) Wax (we will provide)
Helmets required
Knee, elbow and wristguards optional but very highly recommended. Butt pads also could be nice.
