This one-day course focuses on improving your reflexology treatment. It is designed to enable reflexologist to deliver a safe and effective treatment using more advanced techniques. Training will include advanced treatments on the feet, hands and ears.This is a practical led course under supervision so that you may gain both confidence and expertise in the various techniques demonstrated by the trainer. Throughout the day, we will discuss the anatomy and structure of the muscles you are working on as well as an in-depth look at how meridians and energy channels in the body can be accessed through reflexology. We will also discuss contra indications to reflexology. As a result, you will be competent and able to provide advanced reflexology to your clients.
