Unit II: Advanced Principles in Real Estate (AP) course.This 30 hour course consists of five-six hour courses that are designed to be interactive and presented via multi-media. Successful completion of this class meets the requirements developed by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission and will get you on your way to success in your chosen profession of real estate. This course consists of:
AP1 (A) - Agency and Property Disclosure
AP2 (B) - Contracts
AP3 (C) - Ethics in Real Estate
AP4 (D) – Real World Fair Housing
AP5 (E) – Measuring and Valuation
