If you’ve already made your own homemade pasta and want to try something more challenging, this class is for you! Make pasta that plays with liquid ratios, color pigments, flavor profiles like squid ink, beets, herbs, then enjoy your creation at the end of class.Please note: It is recommended that prior to taking this class, students have taken our beginner Pasta Making class or have pasta making experience. Please bring an apron to class with you or wear clothes you don't mind cooking in. All portions of pasta will be cooked together. If you would like to request that a gluten free option be made available for this class, please fill out our contact form. Please note the kitchen is not an allergen-free environment.
