If you’ve already made your own homemade pasta and want to try something more challenging, this class is for you! Make pasta that plays with liquid ratios, color pigments, flavor profiles like squid ink, beets, herbs, then enjoy your creation at the end of class.Please note: It is recommended that prior to taking this class, students have taken our beginner Pasta Making class or have pasta making experience. Please bring an apron to class with you. All portions of pasta will be cooked together. If you would prefer to cook and eat your portion at home, please bring a to-go container to transport your raw pasta. While the kitchen is not an allergen-free environment, a gluten-free pasta can be provided upon request.
