Continuing with the third of our Handmade Pasta Classes, students in the Advanced Pasta Class will make 3 types of pasta noodles.Garganelli,
Farfalle,
Pasta Alla Chitarra.
Goat Cheese Cavatelli
Chef will demonstrate Basil Pesto, Alfredo sauce, and Puttanesca sauce. Students are recommended but not required to take either the Handmade Pasta Class or the Ravioli Class before attending the Advanced Pasta Class.
This class will last approximately 3-hrs...come ready to learn and be ready to enjoy the food you prepare at the end of class! Bring along a bottle of your favorite wine or six pack of your favorite beer.
